This work is in my blood. Social justice is not just something I value, it is part of who I am and how I move through the world. I believe every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and taken seriously, not just in therapy, but in every space they enter. I care deeply about creating an environment where you do not have to fight to be seen or understood. My approach is warm, grounded, and free-spirited, with the belief that real connection can be one of the most powerful forms of healing.
I use a flexible blend of approaches that help people reconnect with themselves in a real and practical way. This includes tools that support calming the nervous system, understanding emotional and physical responses in the body, working with different parts of yourself that may feel in conflict, and learning how to unhook from thoughts that keep you stuck while moving toward what matters most to you. When things feel overwhelming or confusing, my goal is to slow it down and help translate what your mind and body are communicating so it feels more understandable, manageable, and less heavy. It does not have to feel scary or out of reach.
At the heart of my work is the belief that mental health is a necessity, not a luxury. Everyone can benefit from support at different points in life, and sometimes we just need a little extra help along the way. I am here to make sure people feel important, seen, and capable of change, even when they are not fully able to see it in themselves yet. My goal is to walk alongside you in a way that feels real, human, and steady while helping you reconnect with your own strength, resilience, and potential.
“You are not broken, you’re human, and you are already whole wherever you are in your journey. I’m here to help, but I don’t pretend to be the expert on your life. You are. My role is to help you make sense of what you’re carrying and walk alongside you as we figure it out together”
