Licensed Care at Three Convenient Locations
Lumera Healthcare provides licensed therapy services in Paducah, KY across three locations – LivingWell Centre, Village Square, and Information Age.
We serve children, teens, adults, and geriatric patients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and more.
If you’ve looked for therapy services in Western Kentucky before, you already know the frustrations. Long wait times. Providers who don’t take your insurance. Offices that feel clinical and cold. Or maybe you’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t work – not because therapy doesn’t work, but because the fit wasn’t right.
At Lumera Healthcare, we built our Paducah therapy services around the real barriers people in this region face. Our licensed therapists understand what life looks like here – the weight of family pressure, the stigma that still surrounds mental health in close-knit communities, and the reality that most people who finally reach out have been carrying something heavy for a long time before they do.
You don’t need a crisis to qualify for support. And you don’t need to have the right words before you call.
Absolutely changed my whole life, thank you Lumera. They believed in me when I couldn’t and wouldn’t. Now I’m unstoppable at my recovery and mental health. I highly recommend the Intensive outpatient program it saved my life.

Lumera Healthcare has been a life saver for me. I began seeing Lumera Healthcare about a year and a half ago for management of major depression and anxiety. They have gone out of their way to ensure I had the medication & therapy I needed.

We accept all major insurance, including: Medicaid, Medicare, commercial, and self-pay.

Children carry emotions they often don't have words for yet. Our Paducah therapists use child-centered approaches - including play therapy - that meet kids where they are, not where adults expect them to be. We coordinate with schools when clinically appropriate, which matters for Paducah families navigating behavioral referrals or IEP-related concerns.

Our Paducah therapists work with adolescents through individual sessions, group therapy, and our Intensive Outpatient Program for teens dealing with more significant mental health or substance use challenges. We don't talk down to teenagers. We meet them where they are.

Individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and IOP are all available at our Paducah locations depending on your clinical needs. For adults whose conditions haven't responded to therapy alone, our psychiatry team and advanced treatment options - including TMS and esketamine at LivingWell Centre - offer additional paths forward.

Lumera Healthcare provides geriatric psychiatric and psychology care across all three Paducah locations. Older adults dealing with depression, anxiety, memory concerns, cognitive changes, or grief receive the same coordinated, person-centered care as every other patient we serve.
Across our three Paducah locations, our licensed clinicians work with children, teens, adults, and geriatric patients on a wide range of mental health conditions. If what you’re dealing with isn’t listed here, call us – chances are we can still help.
In addition to therapy, our Paducah locations offer psychiatry, medication management, and advanced treatment options including TMS and esketamine – coordinated with your therapy team so nothing falls through the cracks.
We’ve kept the process short on purpose. The hardest part is already done – deciding to reach out.
A few questions about your situation. Takes minutes.
With appointment time options at the Paducah location that fits your needs and schedule.
Covers permission to treat and insurance information so we handle billing on our end.
About 30 minutes with a Lumera clinician to understand your situation and match you with the right therapist or provider. Low pressure. No expectations beyond showing up.
Each Lumera Healthcare location in Paducah has a distinct specialty focus. LivingWell Centre handles psychiatry and advanced medical treatments. Village Square focuses on behavioral health IOP and recovery services. Information Age centers on family, couples, and individual therapy across all ages. When you call, we match you to the right location – not just the nearest one.
At Lumera, your therapist and your psychiatric provider work inside the same organization. That means when your treatment needs to shift – when medication needs adjusting, or when your therapy goals change – everyone on your team knows.
Coordinated care is harder to find in this market than it should be. Here, it’s the standard.
Lumera Healthcare holds CARF accreditation across multiple programs – a rigorous, third-party quality review that most behavioral health providers in the region don’t have.
Verify our accreditation at carf.org.
We accept Medicaid, Medicare, most major commercial insurance plans, and EAP benefits. Self-pay rates and a sliding scale fee program based on family size and income are also available.
