Manish brings more than 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, operations, finance and technology, with extensive leadership experience in behavioral health and addiction care. His background spans consulting and operational leadership across inpatient addiction treatment and mental health facilities, outpatient behavioral health organizations, neuroscience, and health technology companies.
His prior work spans healthcare providers, AI-enabled services, regulated industries, in both the public and private sectors—giving him a cross-sector perspective and practical toolkit for turning innovative ideas into scalable systems with speed, discipline, and accountability.

Manish specializes in integrating process innovation with artificial intelligence and wellness technologies to improve patient outcomes, care delivery, and the overall patient experience.
As a former World Bank advisor, he applied data science approaches to strengthen public health resilience, better preparing governments and institutions for risks ranging from pandemics to natural disasters.
Manish holds multiple data science patents and an MS in Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, NJ. He also holds a BS in Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management.
At Lumera Healthcare, he focuses on building innovative, compassionate, and measurable systems of care. He leads the Lumera team in empowering individuals and the community to recover and rebuild from mental health and addiction challenges.
