Whether you’re preparing for birth, adjusting to life with a newborn, or managing the emotional highs and lows of parenthood, our licensed therapists are here to provide guidance, validation, and practical coping strategies. At Lumera Healthcare we’ve created a safe space for you to process your experiences, worries, and joys so you feel empowered on this journey.
As a new mom, time away from home isn’t always an option. That’s why we’ve decided to offer this program via Telehealth for your convenience. Plus, we accept most major insurances, including Medicaid to make getting help affordable and easy to access.

Initial Paperwork
The next business day we’ll call you with appointment time options and get you set up with the Lumera Healthcare App.
Complete Your Paperwork
You’ll fill out some forms that give us permission to talk with you and bill your insurance (if applicable).
Begin Your First Session
A few minutes before your first appointment you’ll open the Lumera Healthcare App, click “Begin Telehealth”, choose your therapist and you’re ready to go! This first appointment is called an intake where we’re able to get more information about your needs and ensure you’re receiving all of the care you need as you navigate pregnancy, birth, and parenthood. Telehealth or In-Person options are available.

If you’ve experienced infertility, a miscarriage or a stillbirth, please know that we are here for you (and your partner too). We offer a different path for emotional support in these instances. You’re welcome to call us, or you can request that we call you with appointment times here.
Lumera Healthcare is a Kentucky based, healthcare group. We offer therapy services to all Kentucky residents, as well as psychiatry and targeted case management. With in-person Kentucky facilities and telehealth options, we are equipped to serve children, teens and adults.
We offer affordable self-pay rates, accept most commercial insurances, Medicare and Medicaid. We strive to remove barriers to your access to therapy services.
