You’ll fill out some forms that give us permission to talk with you and bill your insurance (if applicable).
A few minutes before your first appointment you’ll open the app, click “Begin Telehealth”, choose your therapist and you’re ready to go! This first appointment is called an intake where we’re able to get more information about your needs and help pair you with the best fit for therapy.

Virtual Care Across Kentucky
Lumera Healthcare offers telehealth services across the state of Kentucky for those dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues and more. Not only are we able to provide therapy but we’re also able to offer medication management and targeted case management for those who are eligible, these are just additional services to aid in your therapy journey.
