Services include psychiatric evaluations, ongoing medication management, and access to advanced interventions such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Esketamine, intravenous, and additional emerging treatment modalities.
Our Targeted Case Managers provide individualized support to address social determinants of health, improve life skills, and assist with navigation of community and healthcare resources.
